What if the course we're playing isn't in the drop-down menu?

Click on the link in B30 to open the separate sheet that stores the course information and email addresses.
After the sheet opens, click on the tab 'Add new courses here'. Scroll down to the first empty row and add the course information there.
Be sure to add all of the information. Course name, Tee color, Check whether it's Men's or Women's tees, add the course ratings, the pars for each hole, and the handicap for each hole. You can omit the yardages, but the scorecard looks better and is more useful if you add those as well.
You DO NOT need to sort these or try to put them in alphabetical order. That will be done automatically before they are imported to the Meet Sheet.
Avoid cut and paste. The majority of all issues with the spreadsheets are caused by cut and paste. If you must... you can copy pars and handicaps if they are the same for multiple tees, but when you paste them you should Paste Special -> values only.
If you've entered all of the information, the course will not be highlighted in yellow.
